We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Many of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so we kindly ask that jewelry is tried on with care.

Final Sale Pieces

The following items are considered final sale:

Refunds

Once your return is received and gently inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While rare due to our quality checks, if your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will take care of you promptly.

Each listing states the metal and stones used. Our silver pieces are genuine .925 sterling silver. Subtle variations in color, texture, or shape are a natural part of handmade pieces and natural stones, and contribute to the unique character of each piece.
