To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. As many of our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask that jewelry is tried on with care.

Refunds

Once your return is received and gently inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

While rare due to our quality checks, if your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will take care of you promptly.
