This ring features a natural Kingman turquoise stone set in solid .925 sterling silver and handmade by Navajo artist, Homer Begay. The turquoise shows classic Kingman color—bright blue with natural tonal variation and subtle matrix that reflects the character of the mine.
The stone is cut in a freeform teardrop shape and framed with traditional Navajo silverwork, including hand-applied beadwork and twisted wire detailing. The silver has been intentionally oxidized to bring depth and contrast, allowing the turquoise to remain the focal point.
Each element of this ring is done by hand, resulting in a piece that feels substantial, balanced, and true to traditional Southwestern jewelry. A genuine, wearable example of Navajo craftsmanship using one of the most respected turquoise sources in the world.
